We're looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join a large main contractor who work across construction, facilities management and sustainbility. This is a full time, permanent position.

Daily Responsibilities:

* Manage on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality workmanship, and compliance with regulations.

* Supervising workers, equipment, and materials, and ensuring the site meets the highest standards through regular safety checks.

* Foster a strong health and safety culture through risk assessments.

* Maintain effective communication and relationships, lead and support staff, deliver excellent customer service, conduct inspections and surveys, and coordinate weekly material logistics.

Requirements & Qualifications:

* Qualified to BS#removed#th Edition (Amendment 2) and City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing.

* Solar PV certification is desirable but not essential.

* ECS Gold Card holder.

* Previous experience in social housing is preferred, though not mandatory.

* Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

* Strong time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.

* Analytical thinker and proactive problem solver, with a passion for improving and optimising processes.

* Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable, with a client-focused approach.

* High attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities.

* Proven ability to foster positive working relationships, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a motivated team environment.

* Strong communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.

* Full UK Driving Licence required.

* Salary flexible, depending on expirience
