TristoneNash are supporting a large housing provider in their search for a Senior Repairs Manager to lead and be accountable for the delivery of high-quality property Response Repairs Service and department complaint handling across London housing stock with a budget portfolio of circa £4m. Focussing on contract management, operational performance, cost control and value for money. Leading the strategy, identifying opportunities for integration, growth and improvement.

Job role:

To have full accountability and control for an annual budget of circa £4m. Working with the FBP and Directors on the forecasting and reconciliation of the budgets/trading accounts of the responsive repairs work stream, as well as departmental complaint handling.

* Effectively lead the delivery of the responsive repairs specifically ensuring our operational performance criteria are met and exceeded.

* To lead and develop a high performing team in a customer focused culture - delivering the company vision and targets for customer satisfaction including TSM's and operational KPI's.

* Ensures the effective performance management of Partners, consultants and contractors, undertaking work in connection with our repair's programmes.

* Expertly optimise contract management requirements across the area, ensuring the balance, efficiency and effectiveness of the team is regularly reviewed against productivity targets. Driving continuous improvement on performance.

* Ensures the effective performance management of Partners, consultants and contractors, undertaking work in connection with our repair's programmes.

* Leads the client function on the Management and administration of the Partnering Contractors, ensuring that strong links are built with partner working to build and strengthen a strong partnering team.

* Ensuring that the department is compliant with all regulatory & statutory requirements regarding Responsive Repairs, including H&S, Regulator of SH, Housing Ombudsman.

* Lead on Team and Departmental work plans, policy, procedures and service reviews, corporate strategies and projects through preparation of reports, positive participation and collaboration in working groups and project boards
