Key Responsibilities

Support the Registered Manager accountability for complex and domiciliary services, ensuring full CQC compliance and high-quality care delivery.
Provide strategic and operational leadership across geographically dispersed teams, including quality assurance, governance, and on-call oversight.
Drive service improvement and growth, working with commissioners, partners, and internal stakeholders to develop sustainable services.About You
Registered Manager experience within complex care, domiciliary care, or community-based services.
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, governance, and quality assurance frameworks across adult and children's services.
