Package:

Salary: £58,000 - £62,000 per annum (DOE)

Office: London
Hours: Full-time, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Duties:

Lead the delivery of two major residential towers within a large multi-phase scheme
Coordinate programming, deadlines, workflow, and team activity
Maintain clear, professional communication with the developer client
Review drawings, resolve technical issues, and support Stage 4-5 delivery
Work closely with internal teams, consultants, and senior leadership
Support resourcing, mentoring, and team development
Represent the project in design meetings, workshops, and presentations 

Requirements:

ARB registered & Qualified Architect
8+ years' post-qualification experience (or equivalent senior capability)
Experience leading large-scale, developer-led residential projects
Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
Ability to coordinate multi-phase programmes and internal teams
Competent Revit user (able to review models and guide delivery)
Strong organisational and leadership ability
Proven experience delivering technical packages on complex buildings (Stage 4 - 5)
