Location: North West of England

Salary: up to £46,000 per annum depending on experience + £3,000 car allowance

NonStop Consulting is looking for a Principal Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the North West of England, on a permanent basis.

They have an Outstanding Ofsted rating and they are therapeutic, so you will be part of a very nice working environment.

Key Responsibilities:The Principal Social Worker will work closely with the Registered Fostering Manager and will offer support to the Supervising Social Workers in the team.

You will also hold a reduced caseload of 6 foster families.

This is a hybrid role, allowing you to have a lot of flexibility with your schedule and also be part of a very supportive team.

Requirements:

• Senior Practitioner or experienced Supervising Social Worker

• experience in fostering

• Supervisory or management experience

• Full driving licence
