About the Role:Based at our Aylesbury HQ, you will lead the procurement function across a dynamic group of businesses. You’ll define and implement a forward-thinking procurement strategy focused on digital transformation, automation, and AI-powered analytics. Your mission: to optimise sourcing, supplier engagement, and cost efficiency across multiple depots in the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the procurement team and strategy, aligning with wider business goals
• Drive the adoption of digital tools, e-procurement systems, and MRP forecasting (SAP Business One)
• Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability standards
• Mitigate risk in supply chain operations and supplier performance
• Build strong relationships across departments and external suppliers
• Coach and develop a high-performing procurement team

What You’ll Need:

• Proven success in agile procurement leadership
• Experience in cross-site stakeholder engagement
• Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and influencing skills
• Strong understanding of procurement technology trends
• Experience managing high-performing teams in fast-moving environments
