I am currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative to join a highly established contractor within the social housing sector, travelling within the Maida Vale area. This role involves working on reactive repairs and void properties.

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will receive:
•£22-£24 per hr (temp to perm)
• Company van and fuel card
• Salary 36k-38k when permanent

Overtime available
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:
• Working on void and repairs properties
• Working for a social housing contractor

As a Multi Trade Operative, you'll need:
• Social housing and void experience
• 2 or more trade skills
• Good carpentry and decorating skills
• Working for a social housing contractor
• Full licence (no more than 6 points)
• Own tools
