You will be responsible for providing administrative support to Registered Clinicians and the wider medical team at Rhodes Wood Hospital. From managing their diaries and planning meetings to updating records and arranging and preparing for CPA meetings in line with CAMHS requirements, you will be able to turn your hand to any admin related task. 

As a Clinical Administrator, you will work alongside the registered clinicians, assisting with confidential paperwork, service user’s records and GP letters. You will attend and document MDT meetings which will see you compile information and produce a range of supportive documentation and reports, including tribunal reports.

Our Medical Secretary role involves: 

  • Supporting the wider team with clinical administration duties
  • To provide accurate and efficient administrative support for the Responsible Clinician and Clinical Unit Manager
  • To attend the weekly MDT / ICR meetings to the minute with the associate doctors
  • To collate all documentation required for CETRs
  • To ensure Carenotes is fully updated with all required information and links to the dashboard for good standards of data integrity
  • To book rooms and refreshments for a range of meetings such as CPA meetings, CETRs and professional meetings
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Communication and organisational skills
  • A minimum of 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths&English
  • Knowledge of mental health and medications
