A London based Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a bright and motivated Quantity Surveyor who is looking to join a medium size practice.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

Based near Covent Garden, the new Quantity Surveyor's workload will be 70% residential and remaining 30% a combination of commercial, high-end residential, and mixed use projects.

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall have their own projects to run from inception to completion with Associate support.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying degree
• Minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Worked within a PQS / Cost Management consultancy practice
• Confident - good communication skills
• Pre and post contract knowledge
