• Keeping accurate logs, reports and handovers to ensure smooth daily operations

• Concierge, hotel reception or luxury front-of-house experience
• Impeccable presentation and communication skills
• Someone reliable, professional and committed to delivering 5-star service
• A natural people-person who enjoys engaging with residents
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts. Typically 8am - 8pm
