An exciting opportunity for the right candidate to enter the mortgage industry. The suitable candidate would be involved in day to day administration, including file keeping, management of the inbound phone system, and diary management. To work directly with mortgage brokers to ensure successful file / case progression and to work directly with clients in order to manage their expectations throughout this process. The role would include the following duties; Administration / Data Entry / Diary Management / Social Media / Case Progression / Relationship Management. The following skills are desirable, although not essential: Use a telephone and voicemail system. Meet and welcome visitors in a business environment. Understand working customer service environment. Manage diary systems. Collate and report data. Store and retrieve information. Communication in a business environment. Deliver customer service. Using e-mail. Word processing software, such as Word and Excel. The suitable candidate should be able to demonstrate the following personal qualities; energetic, diligent, personable, and ; In addition to this the candidate is expected to work within an office environment and must understand the challenges that brings. To be professional and have the ability to respect a hierarchy. Future prospects include positions such as, Supervisor / Manager, Mortgage Broker, PA to Director.
