Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee works on a live commercial project. This role requires strong on-site leadership, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage electrical installations in a live environment while minimising disruption to daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site

* Oversee subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

* Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations

* Liaise with site management, clients, and other trades

* Carry out inspections, toolbox talks, and progress reporting

* Interpret electrical drawings and resolve technical issues

* Ensure quality control and commissioning readiness

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, containment, cabling, and distribution

* Experience working in live environments (essential)

* SSSTS or SMSTS certification

* Valid ECS/CSCS card

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Mandatory:

* Enhanced DBS check (required due to project nature)

Desirable:

* 18th Edition (BS 7671) qualification

* First Aid certification

* Experience in healthcare, education, or other sensitive environments
