A fantastic, long term temporary role for this well-respected charity with offices in Leeds are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their small, yet busy team. Working in this hybrid role on a 36-hour week, the successful candidate will provide varied administrative support, to include front of house duties and enquiry line support. Working at least 2 days in the office, the successful candidate will deal with a range of tasks to include;

Managing a high level of administration within the team
Reception duties
Welcoming all visitors to site
Answering calls
Managing security passes
Manage all post and deliveries- incoming and outgoing
Answer and manage all enquiries on the information line
Rasing Purchase orders
Processing invoices
Booking and managing all travel & accommodation for the wider business function
Monitoring the Facebook page, dealing with all enquiries

This is a great role which offers variety, an opportunity to learn and the chance to work within a supportive and fast paced setting, the successful candidate will have;

A minimum of 12 months administration experience
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Excellent attention to detail
Intermediate IT skills- including Word, Excel & Outlook
Strong time management skills
