A highly regarded and growing wealth management firm is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their supportive and client-focused team. Salary: Up to £38,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Financial Planners in the preparation of client meeting packs, valuations, and documentation
  • Submitting and tracking new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection products
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records via the firm’s back-office system
  • Communicating with product providers and clients to gather information and resolve queries
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies
  • Assisting in the production of reports and documentation required for annual reviews or suitability reports

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an IFA or Wealth Management environment is essential
  • Strong understanding of financial products including pensions, ISAs, investment bonds, and protection
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience using CRM/back-office systems such as Intelligent Office, Xplan, or similar (preferred)
  • Progress toward CII or LIBF qualifications is desirable but not essential
