Role: Senior 2nd Line IT Analyst
Location: West London
Salary: £36,000

A growing Managed Service Provider is looking to expand their team and onboard a Senior 2nd Line IT Analyst to help support their growing client base with a range of responsibilities including senior level support (BAU) project delivery and infrastructure maintenance.

The Role:

Provide enhanced levels of technical support to a client base from various industries including manufacturing, professional services, hospitality and more.
Supporting mailbox issues with Exchange and Office 365
Assisting with an exciting range of complex projects, including network upgrades, cloud migrations, hardware refreshes, and many more
Dealing with complex issues which have been escalated from 1st Line
Creating and maintaining Virtual Machines on Hyper-V and VMWare.
Troubleshooting a range of network equipment including routers and switches, firewalls, VPN's
Managing mobile devices through JAMF and Intune
Completing administration tasks on Microsoft Teams and SharePoint through the Office 365 Admin Centre
Complete administration tasks on Windows Server
Write technical documentation and reportsEssential Skills:

Great communication skills verbally and written
Already have commercial experience within a similar IT role
Have a good eye for detail
Virtualization - Hyper-V or VMWare
Office 365 & Exchange
Azure
SharePoint / Teams
Windows OS and Server
MDM - JAMF, Intune or similar platforms
Active Directory
Networking - DNS / DHCP / TCP/IPPackage:
