Moreover, the contract length has a very high possibility of extension, so it will bring a little more security in these uncertain times.

Due to the nature of the assignment, details need to remain vague at this point, but some of the main requirements are:
* Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills both verbally and in writing;
* Be willing and able to adapt to changing circumstances;
* Build relationships across a range of stakeholders including policy experts, Ministers' Private Offices and external agencies;
* Draw key information from a range of sources;
* Review their own work and try to improve on the service being provided to the Department and our customers;
* Work as part of a team;
* Be flexible and adaptable in supporting others across the unit;
* Demonstrate excellent judgment and initiative.

Skills:
* Experience in handling HR policies;
* Have excellent communication skills.
