We're seeking a capable and ambitious Private Client Solicitor (3-5 PQE) to join a respected and supportive team in Leicester. You'll handle a varied caseload across all core private client areas, with valuable exposure to trusts work. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise and take on more responsibility within a growing department. Hybrid working is available.

• Managing a caseload including:

  • Wills

  • Probate & estate administration

  • LPAs

  • Tax & estate planning

  • Trust creation, management, and administration

• Providing sensitive, thorough, and practical client advice

• Supporting senior colleagues on more complex and high-value matters

• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development

• Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and firm procedures

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-5 years' PQE in private client

• Experience with trusts, or a strong interest in developing this area further

• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to work with autonomy

• Excellent communication and client-focused approach

• Positive, proactive attitude and strong team ethic

• STEP qualification (or progress toward it) is a plus, not essential

• £40,000-£60,000 salary
