Job Title: Technical Support Representative
Salary: £16,000 to £20,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Our client is recruiting for a Technical Support Representative to join their growing team, you will be responsible for responding promptly to support requests from clients ensuring a high quality of service is delivered at all times.

-To Provide exceptional customer service and support through CRM, outbound calls, emails or fax
-provide support to soft wear taking complete owner ship of calls from start to finish or passing them to technical 2nd line support
-Provide support on all computer hardware
-Maintain and increase product knowledge
-Log issues and resolutions thoroughly in the CRM
-Hitting call targets set by technical support leadership
-Provide input for new products, features, product usability and supportability
-Submit proposed solutions to basic issues
-Promote the company’s survey process and obtain feedback from customers
-Identify any potential sales opportunity’s
-Occasionally perform shift work and have the flexibility to work outside the normal hours if needed
-Any other duties assigned
-Minimum of 5 GCSE’s C or above ideally in English, Maths, and IT or equivalent
-Some experience in a technical support role and in a customer service role
-Good operating system and hardware knowledge
-Ability to identify problems at any stage and rectify efficiently
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent telephone etiquette
-Ability to build effective working relationships with other service/support groups
-Excellent organisation and time management skills
-Ability to hit targets and SLA’S set by the technical support supervisor
-Ability to troubleshoot
-Attention to detail
-Actively participate in team effectiveness, being aware of effect of their actions on others.
-20 days annual leave + bank holidays
-Pension Scheme (3% - 6%) match
-4 x salary = death in service
-Long term sick leave (100% full salary for 1st 6 months and 50% salary thereafter)
