What You'll Do:
• Provide expert, tailored protection advice to clients, ensuring they have the right cover for their needs.
• Use your communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence.
• Work with inbound leads, and proactively generate your own business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, unlocking high commission earnings.
• Stay at the forefront of industry knowledge, ensuring you always provide the most up-to-date and relevant advice.
• Be part of a supportive team that will help you reach your professional goals.

What We are looking for:
• RO5 qualification (or a commitment to obtain it soon after starting).
• Previous experience in financial services or insurance sales is ideal, but not essential.
• A passion for helping people and providing value through expert advice.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, eager to achieve great things.
• A strong desire for continuous learning and personal growth.
