Location: Blackburn with Darwen

Salary: £12.60 - £13.50 per hour

DBS Required: Yes (Children & Adults DBS)

Job Description:

Join our team in Blackburn with Darwen as a Support Worker/HCA. You will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and physical disabilities in their homes or supported tenancies. Flexible hours available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with personal care, daily tasks, and mobility.
• Support with medication, nutrition, and other care requirements.
• Follow care plans and ensure service users’ needs are met.
