Job Description

You will lead the business development efforts for a concierge home care company focused on the private payer market in Colorado.


The business development efforts include generating new clients, managing current referral sources, developing new referral sources, and designing a long-term strategy to grow the agency.


You will have autonomy over how you work and accountability for your sales quota. You will be free from the bureaucratic red tape of a large organization.


You will have ongoing support from AA HEALTHSYSTEM's founder. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in peoples' lives.


Yes, this role is focused on sales, but it is also about touching lives and helping patients (and their loved ones) find the best solution for their care.


YOUR BACKGROUND


You likely started in the industry as a nurse, social worker, case manager, or liaison. Over the past 5+ years, you have led business development efforts for the private payer in home care space.


You have an established book of business and consistently generate new clients to grow your book. You generate new client referrals from your relationships with hospice, home health care companies, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living facilities, doctors, financial advisors, geriatric care managers, etc. Your relationship skills are considered world-class by your colleagues and clients. Working with high-end clients who have exceptionally high expectations comes naturally to you. YOUR IMPACT will be significant in the short-term and long-term.


You will lead the effort to generate sales in the short-term and create the strategy to grow the company by 5X within 4 years.

Not comfortable generating new business from new referral sources - Only want to work Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm - Shy away from public speaking at industry or networking events - Prefer to be told be exactly how to do your job


COMPENSATION


Your compensation package will include a base salary and a generous bonus (based on revenue) that is above the market rate. There is the potential for equity compensation after your first year in the role.
