This is an outstanding opportunity for you to oversee a portfolio of refurbishment and cladding projects, driving quality, safety, and profitability.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications. You will oversee all aspects of project delivery, from pre-construction planning to completion, including managing site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships. Your role will also involve identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

You should have extensive experience as a Contracts Manager, particularly within refurbishment and cladding projects. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record of successful project delivery are essential.
