Shared Ownership Resales & Staircasing Specialist

Hybrid | South East London | £36,000 - £41,000 + £1,500 Car Allowance
1-Year FTC | ASAP Start

We're partnering with a South London Housing Association that needs an experienced resales and staircasing specialist to step in immediately and manage a busy pipeline.

Candidates from conveyancing or legal backgrounds with direct exposure to Shared Ownership will also be considered.

This is not your typical new homes sales role. It's a hands-on position focused on progressing Shared Ownership resales and staircasing transactions from enquiry through to completion.

You'll take full ownership of your pipeline, working closely with solicitors, leaseholders, and internal teams to ensure deals progress smoothly and complete on time.

The Role
  • Manage Shared Ownership resales and staircasing transactions end-to-end
  • Progress deals from enquiry/reservation through to legal completion
  • Liaise with solicitors, lenders, valuers, and leaseholders
  • Handle a high-volume, active pipeline with competing deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with Shared Ownership processes and timelines
  • Support with listings and occasional viewings where required
What They're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in Shared Ownership resales and/or staircasing.
  • Strong understanding of sales progression and conveyancing processes.
  • Ability to manage complex transactions independently.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident working in a hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
