Ongoing positions with immediate start for the right candidates

Role and key responsibilities for our Production Operatives:

Responsible for the manufacturing assets
Liaising with maintenance and assisting where needed
You will inspect, carry out and ensure that plant routines are regularly adhered to and that the cleanliness of the plant mechanism, plant area, adjacent buildings, and equipment are at all times properly and regularly inspected, cleaned in accordance with site instructions.
Minimum Requirements for our Production Operatives:

Enthusiasm to work as part of the rotating shift team
Excellent communication and team working skills
Good organisational skills
Able to work on your own initiative
Ability to work to deadlines and problem solve
Experience on FLT Counterbalance will be beneficial
Due to location own transport is required

Pay rate:

AM shift - £11.96 per hour
PM shift - £14.35 per hour
Overtime - £17.94 per hour
Rotating shifts

Morning shift:

Monday to Thursday 06:15 - 15:00
Friday 06:15 - 14:45
Paid Breaks
Afternoon shift

Monday to Thursday 14:45 - 00:30
Paid Breaks
In return for production operative:
Catering on site
Paid breaks
Free car park
Free tea and coffee
