Position: Trainee Site Technician Department: Site Location: Harrietsham, Heathrow Working Hours: 40 Salary: Starting NMW, rising with experience Main Purpose of Role As a Trainee Site Technician, you will be happy to follow strict protocols and processes, embrace health and safety, as well as ensure all paperwork is accurate and completed on time for the client.
You will have a willingness to learn and be client-focussed, as you will be on-site and dealing with a wide variety of people at all levels.
Full training is provided in this role, so you can learn as you earn.
The role will involve travel to client sites across the UK, so a clean driving license is essential.

Core Responsibilities
•Produce test results in accordance with the documented procedures, standards, and specifications
•Ensure testing/sampling activities are maintained in compliance with UKAS and Company requirements
•Be client focused and always deliver excellent service on site
•Maintain all site working areas to an excellent standard and ensure they are safe, clean, and tidy environments to work
•Commit to ensuring a culture of impartiality so that conflicts do not exist within Construction Testing Solutions and its quality management systems, operational activities, and commercial relationships
•To commit to ensuring the confidentiality of all customer information obtained or created during the performance of laboratory activities, except as required by law Duties
•To work in a safe manner that is in accordance with the Company Health & Safety Policy
•To carry out allocated work in accordance with documented in-house procedures, in an expeditious manner
•To integrate into the team and maintain a strong harmony and morale throughout the team Experience/ skills required
•Full UK Driving License
•Good mathematical and literacy skills
