About this Role

We're seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to provide high-quality, family-centred intervention for children across a range of settings. This role is part time (20 hours per week) with complete flexibility around your working days. 

Speech Pathology Job Description

• Speciality - Speech Pathologists
• Location - North West Sydney
• Start date - ASAP
• Contract Length - Permanent/Full Time
• Pay Rate - $55-60K for 20 hours per week
• Therapy will be delivered through a mobile model, including: School visits, home visits and occasional telehealth

• Are you a passionate Speech Pathologist who loves working with children and supporting families where it matters most?
• Join a warm, community-focused service making a real difference to young people with diverse communication needs.
• Most sessions occur after school hours or on weekends, giving you full control over your schedule.
• You'll support NDIS participants, working with children who may be:
• Non-verbal
• Autistic (ASD)
• ADHD
• Experiencing mental health challenges

Requirements

• Qualifications & Experience required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Full registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience working in community, private practice or with NDIS clients preferred.
• Strong assessment and therapy skills across developmental speech & language, articulation, fluency, voice, swallowing.
