A Multi trader is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The Multi trader role will involve carrying out maintenance works on domestic/void properties. It would be ideal if you can carry out basic wet multi trade works, such as; Tiling, patch plastering and painting. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.

Daily responsibilities of a Wet Trader are:

Carrying out works on domestic & void properties
Providing a high level of customer service
Using a PDA system to oragnise and complete jobsRequirements of a Wet Trader:

Must have a full UK driving licence and own van
Must have previous social housing experience
Must have experience of using a PDA Benefits for the Wet Trader role:

No weekend work
Monday to Friday 08.00am-15:30pm
Van and fuel card supplied
