This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting and developing customer accounts, acting as the main point of contact to build strong, long-lasting relationships while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Act as the first point of contact for customer account management matters.
Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate and timely management of customs documents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Communicate effectively and positively with all stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A problem-solver with a proactive approach.
Previous experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role is desirable.Hours of Work:
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, on a 3-week shift rotation:

7:00AM - 3:30PM
9:00AM - 5:30PM
