We are looking for a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our vibrant school in Ealing, starting in September 2025. About the Role:
As an EYFS teacher, you will be responsible for creating an engaging, stimulating, and supportive learning environment for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our youngest learners, ensuring they develop key skills in a nurturing and inspiring setting. The role will allow you to work closely with colleagues to develop and deliver a child-centered curriculum that promotes a love of learning from the start of their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences across the EYFS curriculum.

Ensure that the learning environment is stimulating, inclusive, and safe for all children.

*

Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.

*

Foster strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and well-being.

*

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.

*

Support the emotional and social development of children, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom culture.

*

Take part in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay up to date with the latest educational practices.

The Ideal Candidate:

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Early Years education.

*

Experience teaching in an EYFS setting, with a strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.

*

A passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing an exceptional learning experience.

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

*

A creative, positive, and flexible approach to teaching and learning.

*

Strong organizational skills and the ability to assess and monitor children's progress effectively.
