Freelance Senior Site Manager - School Project (Liverpool)
8-12 Weeks | Immediate Start | £300 per day

We Are Footprint are recruiting on behalf of one of our key clients for an experienced Freelance Senior Site Manager to oversee a school project in the Liverpool area.

This is an 8-12 week contract, focused solely on external works, including hard and soft landscaping, drainage, and façade works. The ideal candidate will be confident managing a fast-paced site with minimal supervision and have experience working on similar education sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all external works on a live school site

* Manage subcontractors and on-site labour

* Ensure all health & safety standards are met

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and the wider team

* Monitor progress and resolve any on-site issues efficiently

Requirements:

* Valid CSCS Card

* SMSTS certification

* First Aid at Work

* Previous experience delivering external works on school or education projects

* Strong leadership and communication skills

Location: Liverpool
Duration: 8-12 weeks
Day Rate: £300
