Temporary- 9 month Maternity Leave cover The Role: The Trust are looking to recruit a Talent Advisor to cover a period of maternity leave.
The position is a hybrid role; manages the full attraction, recruitment and onboarding process for the Trustcare business, and secondly, provides administrative assistance for the wider HR Team.
The key responsibilities include: Lead on all recruitment related to the Trust’s homecare offer, providing a comprehensive onboarding process.
Proactively ensure all recruitment channels available are fully utilised to build a pipeline of candidates; including job boards, print and social media.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the attraction, selection and onboarding process.
Manage all new starter DBS applications in a timely and accurate manner Work closely with the homecare admin assistant to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process.
Ensure all trackers are up to date with candidate and employee details.
You: Will be pro-active, enthusiastic and keen to improve processes Friendly, approachable and independent Have experience of working in a high-volume recruitment capacity Possess excellent customer service skills Have a high standard of literacy and numeracy skills Familiar with all Microsoft packages The Trust: Trafford Housing Trust (THT) is an independent housing company providing more than 9,000 quality affordable homes within the Trafford area of Manchester and across the North West.
