Intermediate Electrical Engineer - Building Services Consultancy

I'm working with a well-established, design-led building services consultancy seeking an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with post-graduate consultancy experience who is ready to take on more responsibility, lead aspects of design work, and contribute across a diverse range of projects.

The Role
As an Intermediate Electrical Engineer, you'll take responsibility for delivering electrical designs on live projects while supporting senior engineers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading electrical design workstreams, including power, lighting, and small power systems
- Preparing drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports
- Coordinating with clients, architects, and other consultants
- Conducting site surveys, inspections, and monitoring works
- Mentoring or supporting junior engineers on projects
- Contributing to energy-efficient and sustainable design solutions
What They're Looking For
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or similar
- Proven experience delivering electrical designs on live projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical building systems and design principles
- Competent with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, or similar
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and ability to manage project responsibilities
