Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on projects based around Heathrow.

Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of key workstreams, contributing directly to project profitability, performance, and continuous improvement. Manage valuations, variations, and applications for payment
Lead commercial reporting, forecasting, and CVRs
Support procurement activities, tendering, and subcontractor management
Ensure accuracy in cost control and commercial processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersRequirements

Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction or structural steel
Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
