Shift: Double Days (38.5 hours per week)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Cut & Crease Operative to work on a rotating days shift pattern at their site in Elland, Halifax.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for setting and operating Bobst or similar machinery, ensuring carton production is finished to the highest standards. You will be expected to maintain quality throughout the process, complete general maintenance and housekeeping, and meet production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set and run Bobst or similar machinery.

* Produce cartons to the required quality standards and specifications.

* Carry out quality checks on finished products.

* Maintain and clean equipment as required.

* Ensure all work is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

* Experience in cut and crease operations, ideally with embossing and debossing.

* Preferably experienced in operating Bobst machinery.

* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

* Experience working with high-end, value-added packaging products.

* Positive, conscientious attitude with a proactive, can-do approach.

* Basic computer skills are desirable.

Shift Pattern:

Week 1 - Monday to Thursday - 5:00 to 13:30 (8.5) Friday - 5:00 to 9:30 (4.5) 1 x 20 min paid break

Week 2 - Monday to Thursday 13:30 to 21:30 (8) Friday - 9:30 to 16:00 (6.5) 1 x 20 min paid break
