Essential Criteria

Minimum of 4 years' experience within relevant Building Services sectors
Strong understanding of detailed electrical engineering design, including calculations, models, schematics, specifications, and reports
Proven ability to manage projects from inception through to post-construction stages
Ability to represent the company professionally in meetings with clients, contractors, and design teams
Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, standards, and industry best practiceDesirable Criteria

Proficiency with: Dialux, Relux, Radiance, Amtech, and Microsoft Office applications
Experience providing leadership, mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative team culture
