I am currently working with a well established local authority who are looking for an additional Stock Condition Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible to help finish a project. The role will be 5 days on site, and the rate is negotiable. It is located in West Sussex.

Key Requirements:

* Experience in stock condition surveying (social housing preferred)

* Strong knowledge of building construction and defects

* Familiarity with asset management systems (e.g. Keystone, Civica, MRI)

* Understanding of Decent Homes, HHSRS, and compliance standards

* Full UK driving licence
