As Operations Manager you will oversee Transport and Warehouse teams and will play a significant role in the sites ongoing success and development.

In the role of operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Exceeding expectations in service, KPIs & operations
• Leadership & development of the transport and warehouse teams
• Driving efficiency & continuous improvement across the site
• Employee engagement & accountability through coaching and personal development
• Talent & succession planning for the site
• Site health and safety
