Description

Review daily job and route reviews.
Ensure SLA'S are adhered to.
Deliver structured approach to 121's, training and development programs.
Lead weekly meetings to ensure all work are progressing efficiently and within budget.
Scheduling any outstanding works.
Manage and communicate full reporting pack of the Service Department.
Working closely with Commercial & Account Managers.
Ensuring any quoted work is delivered within budget.

A successful Service Team Leader should have:

Strong geographical awareness
Excellent people management skills
Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
Experience in a technical environment.
