Join Cardiff Council's Localities Team as a permanent Social Worker and help deliver community-based support for children and families. This role involves direct engagement and intervention to promote safety and wellbeing in the local area.

About the Role:

Provide front-line social work assessments and interventions

Support children and families through care planning and reviews

Work collaboratively with community and multi-agency partners

Keep detailed records in compliance with policies and legislation

Attend supervision and participate in professional development

What We're Looking For:

Social Work Degree or equivalent relevant qualification

Minimum 2 years post-qualifying experience working with children and families in the UK

Registered with Social Care Wales

Current Enhanced DBS
