The Role

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to oversee our Deck & Sunroom Builders. In this role, you'll lead a team of professionals, ensuring that every project meets the highest quality standards while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of builders in constructing decks and sunrooms from start to finish.
Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure their satisfaction.
Conduct inspections to ensure all work meets building codes and regulations.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Provide hands-on guidance and training to ensure team success.

The Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience in carpentry, framing, or a similar construction field
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Strong understanding of carpentry, framing, and deck/sunroom construction techniques
Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality
Physically fit and comfortable working in various weather conditions
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Valid Driver's License & clean background required
