Project Manager

Location: Manchester

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per annum (DOE)

Are you an experienced Site Manager or Project Manager looking for the next step in your career?This is a great opportunity to join a reputable main contractor specialising in high-quality refurbishment and restoration projects across Greater Manchester.

TS Recruitment is proud to partner with a long-established contractor who has been delivering exceptional work in the construction sector for over 30 years. As the business grows, they're looking for a hands-on Projects Manager to support and eventually take over leadership responsibilities from the Managing Director.

What's on Offer:

£45,000-£55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Car allowance or company vehicle (van or car)

28 days holiday, including bank holidays (increasing with tenure)

Pension scheme - 5% employee / 3% employer contribution

Projects primarily within Greater Manchester

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee 2-3 projects simultaneously
• Work closely with the MD and gradually take on increased responsibility
• Attend client cost and progress meetings
• Manage Site Managers and Supervisors
• Order materials with commercial awareness
• Lead weekly labour coordination meetings
• Write programmes, risk assessments, and method statements
• Visit sites regularly, offering advice and value engineering insights

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager
• Competence in writing construction programmes
• Strong IT and numeracy skills
• Career-focused individual ready for progression
• Full UK driving licence
