The Hoover Candy Group, is looking to recruit an Internal Resourcing Advisor to join our in-house Recruitment Team. Sitting as part of the wider Human Resources (HR) team, you will work alongside our Contact Centre Operations team and Resourcing Manager to help shape and define our talent acquisition strategy and provide consistent new talent pipeline for our award winning after sales team. The role is based in Breightmet, Bolton, Greater Manchester (BL2 6PU). This exciting role will have responsibility for acting as a recruitment business partner to our Contact Centre team, helping us to deliver exceptional customer care and maximise after sales related commercial opportunities. This will be achieved by always having an adequate quality Customer Service Advisor resource in place. Our vision is to continue to grow our Hoover and Candy brands through the continued provision of operational excellence, which is in-line with our 20:20 Vision, customer and retailer expectations. This role would suit candidates who have experience of in house recruitment, however we will consider those who are looking to make a move from agency and can demonstrate how they would thrive in a busy HR Team. The key remit of this role will be to supply around 100 Customer Service Advisors per annum to the Contact Centre on time and to the required standard with high levels of retention.

Developing effective and creative recruitment communication across all channels.
Commercial and results focused with a proven track record in a fast paced environment.
Proven track record in meeting and delivering deadlines and tasks.
A strong communicator with a positive approach and meticulous at following procedures.
Proactive team oriented working approach.
Experience of utilising a variety of attraction assessment methods, including social media.
Innovative and creative whilst demonstrating tenacity in a desire to recruit and hire the best candidates.
Significant proven resourcing experience, ideally in a busy in-house environment.
Proven track record in delivering end-to-end best practice recruitment and selection.
Ability to influence changes to recruitment processes and policies to aid in the success of significant growth plans.
Building successful and long-lasting relationships with different operational stakeholders in the business.
Able to utilise Microsoft Office.
Desirable Skills Attributes:
Contact/ Call Centre resourcing experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
CIPD Qualified or working towards
REC Qualified or working towards
