About the Role
Prospero Teaching are working in partnership with a welcoming nursery in the Wirral who are looking to recruit a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young children's learning and development within a nurturing early years environment.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting children's development through engaging activities, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years through play-based activities

Assist with planning and delivering engaging early years activities

Observe and record children's progress and development

Support children with daily routines including meals, toileting, and rest times

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming nursery environment

Work closely with colleagues and parents to support each child's individual needs

Requirements

Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare

Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable

A caring, patient, and positive attitude

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
