As a Learning & Development (L&D) Partner you will design and deliver learning solutions that harness current L&D trends and technological solutions, which contribute to the overall People and Operational strategic plans.
As an engaging communicator with a creative flair, the L&D Partner will create engaging learning programs supporting each key stage of the employee journey.
As a Learning and Development Partner, you will: Provide consultancy and project management to a range of learning interventions including scoping, planning, stakeholder engagement, delivery/implementation and evaluation Utilise and manager the apprenticeship levy to support career progression and professional development wherever possible by influencing stakeholders to utilise the funds and enhance our learning offer Partner with the Senior HRBPs, wider L&D team and operational teams to understand L&D needs and agree on priority capability gaps.
Plan, design and deliver a cohesive L&D proposition through consistent and blended solutions through 70/20/10 Overseeing the course creation of e-learning courses to ensure that the LMS is fully utilised to support career progression Working in collaboration with SMEs to create Facilitation Guides to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours of our workforce.
Active use of data analytics and effective reporting of L&D and analysis of appropriate MI as required Understand business needs, collaborate with the business to identify and agree learning needs and priorities aligned to business requirements and intelligence Deliver solutions that promote and develop Manager capability and effectiveness (coaching, facilitating and delivering workshops) Support group-wide learning initiatives, driving awareness of internal development programmes Assist with the roll-out of new courses; venue selection, organisation of pilot groups etc Responsible for advocating professional development, including acting as point of contact for information, reviews of policy and support provisions Essential Skills CIPD qualification or related academic teaching qualification Level 3 Education & Training Experience as a Learning & Development Partner or equivalent, working within the HR function Proven experience in learning and development: identifying training needs and providing solutions in a fast-paced service orientated environment Experience in the design, delivery, and management of learning interventions Awareness of the apprenticeship levy and experience in apprenticeships; delivery or overseeing apprenticeship programs Proven implementation of blended learning, including the use of digital learning Digital thinker, confident in implementing digital learning solutions Passion for Learning and Development and personal development Excellent communication and facilitation skills Ability to travel around the UK freely as and when required.
