Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of vehicle sales from order to delivery. Duties include:
* Accurate input and processing of vehicle orders.
* Preparation of all relevant documentation for new and used vehicle sales.
* Communication with customers, finance companies, and internal teams.
* Use of Kerridge to manage transactions and maintain records.
* Handling registration, taxation, and invoicing processes.
* Maintaining compliance with internal policies and manufacturer requirements.
* General administration and support to the wider sales department.

What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within a main dealership is highly desirable.
* System Knowledge: Proficient in Kerridge (essential).
* Organisation: Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and work efficiently under pressure.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal and administrative skills, with a friendly and professional manner.
