What you'll be doing:
Managing the sales suite and acting as the face of the development.
Conducting viewings and guiding buyers through the purchase journey.
Managing enquiries, CRM updates, and follow-ups.
Progressing reservations through to completion.
Delivering a professional, high-quality customer experience.
We're looking for:
Experience as a New Homes Sales Consultant or Property Sales Advisor.
Confident working independently on site.
Strong closing ability and customer relationship skills.
Highly organised with good CRM and pipeline management.
Based near Banbury, Hook Norton, Chipping Norton, or North Oxfordshire.
