Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Location: Hounslow, West London

Contract: Full-time, Long-term/Permanent

Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 - depending on experience

Start Date: September 2025

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join the Early Years team at a fantastic primary school in Hounslow, West London. This is an excellent opportunity to support children in a school-based setting, helping to build strong foundations for their future learning.

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children in Nursery and Reception. The school in Hounslow, West London is looking for someone with creativity, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with young children to start in September 2025.

Key responsibilities for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

* Supporting teaching and learning in the Early Years classroom

* Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

* Observing and assessing children's progress and development

* Working with the class teacher to provide targeted support where needed

* Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all pupils

* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff

* Demonstrated experience working with young people

* Full and relevant Level 3 diploma in Early Years Education

* Excellent academic ability with strong results at GCSE minimum

* A positive and enthusiastic attitude

* The ability to work well within a team and support other members of staff

* Desirable but not essential - experience supporting young learners with Special Educational Needs
