French Speaking Technical Support Engineers Tier 3
€32,340 per year including bonus.
Due to expansion our client is recruiting for Technical Support Engineers for their Dublin office. Candidates must already be based in the Dublin area and have work permission for the Republic of Ireland.
Responsible for resolving technical queries and troubleshooting for hardware, ad platforms, working with consumers, B2B clients, partners and internal clients by addressing issues assigned to them through the ticketing systems via chat, email or phone channels.
Accountable for closing escalated customer inquiries, assist users in complex account recovery issues and complex payment issues.
• Resolving technical issues;
• Troubleshooting of an advertising platform in a B2B environment;
• Defining solutions to clients and adapt existing processes to find alternative solutions;
• Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system providing solutions in a timely fashion;
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
Native Level French and fluent English both written and spoken.
Excellent problem solver
Previous experience in supporting digital marketing platforms is desirable.
Havebasic coding and debugging skills for problem analysis.
Knowledge of programming languages: SQL, CSS, HTML
