Senior Support Worker - Children's Residential (EBD & Mental Health)
Full-Time | NVQ Level 3 | Residential Care Experience Required

Atrium Healthcare, on behalf of our client, is seeking compassionate and experienced Senior Support Workers to provide high-quality care to children with Emotional Behavioural Disorders (EBD) and mental health needs.

You will play a key role in creating a safe and nurturing home environment, working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the best outcomes for the children in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Registered Manager in maintaining a structured, secure care setting

Deliver tailored emotional and behavioural support to children

Empower children through meaningful interventions and daily engagement

Develop and implement care plans in partnership with multidisciplinary teams

Act as a role model for less experienced team members

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential (or equivalent)

Experience in a residential children's care setting

Full UK driving licence and access to your own car

Excellent communication and behavioural support skills

Strong understanding of safeguarding and trauma-informed care
