Support Workers needed to work in SEN schools across Cardiff & Newport
Do you enjoy supporting children and young adults? Have you had previous experience working with children who have learning difficulties? Are you interested in inspiring children to have the best learning experience possible? Do you wish to embark on a new challenge?
Post Covid-19 outbreak, SEN Primary and Secondary schools have re-opened and are in huge demand for high quality supply, whether it be on long- or short-term basis we can suit to your needs.
Once making a fantastic impression within a school, they will request you back for consistency purposes so that you and the children become accustom to working with each other to help run things as smooth as possible.
We are currently carrying out registrations via video call. Therefore, all documentation can be completed at the comfort of your own home! Now is a great time to register with supply to boost your chances of walking straight into work now that schools have re-opened.
The ideal SEN TA / Special Education Needs and Disabilities Teaching Assistant should have the following:
- A calm, patient and caring persona
- Good communication skills
- A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basis
All of our supply staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you're paying the right level of Tax and National Insurance and there's no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard-earned cash.
